(Organic) The nose is beautifully elegant, harmonious, ample and velvety. There are notes of blueberry, violet and small notes of sweet spices, associated with touches of blackberry, crushed raspberry, as well as hints of cornflower, colas, smoke, fine hints of camphor, sweet tobacco and cherry stem. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, elegant, gourmand and offers a tangy frame, energy, pulpiness, brilliance, acidity and a nice definition/purity of fruit. Creamy. Nice freshness and brilliance of fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy black cherry, violet plum and small notes of crushed raspberry, combined with touches of crushed redcurrant, cranberry, small brilliant blue fruits, as well as hints of cola, a subtle floral and sappy hint (which underlines the fruit). The tannins are mellow, gourmand and sapid/saline. Good work in finesse and on the good bitterness on the finish. Freshness and acidity despite a certain ripeness of fruit.
