The wine has a deep ruby color. The nose is expressive, with pronounced notes of juicy red cherry, raspberry coulis, and crushed strawberry, complemented by menthol (licorice, eucalyptus, peppermint) and slightly animal touches. On the palate, the flavors are pronounced and express fresh red fruits (tart red cherry, cranberries, raspberry) and a slight touch of grape juice, licorice, and aromatic herbs (rosemary, thyme), the tannins are a bit tight, and slightly dry, balanced by high acidity. The finish is of medium (+) length and essentially fruity, with a nice freshness and acidity, and a saline hint. A wine with a firm structure, but open, very fruity and aerial.
