The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of peach flowers, verbena and small notes of sage associated with touches of citrus fruits, zest as well as hints of green apple and a very discreet hint of rosemary flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, a small straightness as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, fleshy / juicy green apple and small notes of juicy / acidulous lemon associated with touches of pink lychee, sage, rosemary, slight hints of rose as well as discreet hints of sweet spices (nutmeg…), a subtle hint of olive tree and an imperceptible hint of honey. Good length.
