The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a small concentration, a spheric side (brings gourmandize), fullness, juiciness, concentration, a fine acidulous frame as well as a certain aromatic purity and finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of wild cassis, crushed wild blackberry, small notes of small pulpy/bright black berries, cherry stem as well as small hints of liquorice, tobacco, fine hints of chocolate (in the background), caramelization, discreet hints of olive tree, laurel berries, local garrigue and mild tobacco. Tannins are structuring. Good length.
