The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, a good definition, a small roundness, a small gourmandize as well as a certain tension. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of acidulous green apple, quince and small notes of juicy mirabelle plum associated with touches of lemon leaf, verbena, zest as well as fine hints of pink lychee, grapefruit, arbutus and very discreet toasted hints / toasted oak on the background/ finish. The finish is a bit marked by oak.
