The nose is elegant and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful elegance as well as subtility and a small power. It reveals notes of bright cassis, bright blackberry and small notes of fleshy blueberry associated with fine touches of crushed redcurrant, fresh cornflower, a hint of lilac, black tea, liquorice and very discreet hints of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful freshness, elegance, deepness, precision and finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy cassis, bright raspberry and juicy/bright violet plum associated with touches of juicy/bright currant on the tong, lilac, cornflower, small bright berries as well as hints of nutmeg, toasted, chocolate and a very discreet hint of mild tobacco (in the background). Good length. Tannins are elegant and offer a very discreet chew. A very discreet saline/sapid hint on the persistence.
