The nose is elegant, fruity and offers a very slight concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry, crushed cassis and small notes of raspberry, red berries associated with hints of racy minerality, caramelization as well as discreet touches of sweet spices, hazelnut, discreet toasted touches, camphor, violet / iris and undergrowth / truffle. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, juicy, and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, suavity, a beautiful finesse, a beautiful fat as well as a racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy cassis and small notes of juicy cherry associated with touches of minerality, small touches of juicy raspberry, spices as well as hints of licorice, toasted oak and discreet hints of flowers. Tannins are fine, a bit tight and slightly firm. Good length and persistence.
