On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy ripe raspberry, blue fruits and small notes of cassis associated with fine touches of violet / cornflower as well as touches of liquorice and chocolate. Tannins are fine and a bit dry. Good length. An imperceptible hint of cocoa and grilled oak / coffee on the finish.
