Château Paveil de Luze 2021 – Margaux Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel

The nose is elegant, racy and offers sincerity, some complexity and a fine spicy edge. There are notes of bright raspberry, small crushed red berries and, more slightly, violet, combined with fine touches of saltiness, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of fresh orange peel. The palate is fruity and reveals suavity, a lovely delicate substance, precision, elegance and a fine silkiness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, raspberry and, more slightly, pulpy cherry combined with fine hints of crushed red currant, liquorice, toast, chocolate, a subtle hint of bourbon vanilla, cherry blossom and racy minerality. Good length. The tannins are precise, elegant and subtle.
