The nose is fruity, gourmand and offers a slight intensity/concentration. It reveals notes of boysenberry, small berries and cornflower/violet associated with slight/discreet hints of strawberry jam, spices as well as a discreet hint of liquorice, mocha and a woody hint. The palate is fruity, sleek, mineral and offers juiciness, a beautiful fat, roundness, gourmandize as well as smooth. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy black berries associated wit slight notes of redcurrant, cherry as well as touches of chocolate, liquorice and slight hints of toasted oak. Tannins are fine and slightly dry. Good length.
