Château Pas du Cerf 2019 – Côtes de Provence La Londe, Les Maures

The nose is fruity, fresh and racy. It reveals notes of fresh apricot, fresh brugnon, small notes of fresh yellow apple associated with fine touches of juicy/Fresh mirabelle plumas well as fine hints of citrus and an imperceptible hint of grapefruit flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral, racy and offers tension, an almost aerial side, freshness as well as a very fine almost iodine hint. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh yellow nectarine, crushed quince, small notes of juicy/crushed lychee associated with fine touches of kumquat, crushed Mirabelle as well as a subtle hint of yellow pear and an imperceptible hint of rosemary (in the background). Good length.
