The nose is fruity, with a nice concentration of fruit, purity and a chiseled side. We find notes of wild blackcurrant, blackberry, violet, and small notes graphene, associated with touches of crushed fruit, with a hint of bright strawberry, a touch of elegant roast, as well as discreet hints of cornflower and by zan. The palate is nicely structured, supple, fresh, gourmand, mellow and airy, with a certain concentration and depth. We perceive notes of creamy blackcurrant, elegant roasted cherry, and small notes crushed/concentrated blackberry, associated with a touch of elegant roasted strawberry, as well as fine hints almost of aromatic herbs, sage, infusion, toasted and roasted hazelnut. Good length. Tannins are mellow and tasty. A discreet firmness on the finish (gourmandise).
