Château Paradis 2018 – Coteaux d’Aix en Provence

The nose is fruity and offers a fine power, a fine grain, a fine intensity as well as a fine concentration. It reveals notes of juicy nectarine, tangerine and small notes of ripe lemon associated with discreet hints of zest, racy minerality and an imperceptible varietal hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, suavity, fat, a fine tension, an acidulous frame, roundness and a fine grain as well as very discreetly tight. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy white fruits (green nectarine, apple) and small notes of kumquat / mandarin associated with fine touches of quenette as well as a subtle hint of zest and an imperceptible hint of scrubland (in the background). Good length.
