The nose is aromatic, toasted, caramelized. It firstly expresses notes of caramelized hazelnut, toasted hazelnut, toasted almond, vanilla, even praline and toasted wood as well as brown butter and lemon cream. Then, we find notes of candied and fresh citrus fruits (lemons, grapefruit), yellow peach, roasted green apple, crushed fresh green apple, a hint of honey and roasted quince in the background, hay and cut grass. Beautiful balance between sweetness and tanginess on the nose, associated with a lactic touch of yogurt. The palate is juicy, tangy, with a subtle bitterness on the attack (grapefruit, lime), then associated with crushed green apple, sweet white flowers (apple blossom, acacia) as well as a hint of fresh and toasted hazelnut in the background. Nice length on stone fruits and a tangy and bitter hint of grapefruit.
