The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced, tight, precise, elegant, racy and offers tension, a beautiful finesse, straightness as well as a beautiful racy minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, crushed cassis and more slightly blueberry, cornflower associated with touches of racy minerality, liquorice, spices as well as a very discreet hint of vanilla/sugared tobacco (in the background) and an imperceptible/very discreet hint of crushed nut (in the background). Good length.
