The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and quite gourmand. It reveals notes of blackberry jam, fresh raspberry and fine notes of cassis associated with touches of zan, discreet touches of undergrowth as well as a touch of flowers and discreet hints of flint. The palate is fruity, gourmande, sleek, mineral, racy and offers a mineral frame, a fine acidity (in the background), fat, a nice definition and roundness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, raspberry and touches of cassis associated with a hint of Quetsche plum as well as fine hints of zan, oak, licorice and a very discreet hint of cassis bud. Tannins are elegant. Good length and persistence with notes of licorice, a hint of blackberry jam and fleshy strawberry. Good potential!
