The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers concentration and a very beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of cassis, fleshy / fresh blackberry and small notes of crunchy raspberry, crunchy cherry, ripe / crunchy red berries associated with fine touches of mocha, spices, subtle hints of liquorice as well as an imperceptible touch of hazelnut, sweet blond tobacco and violet. The palate is fruity, fresh, well-balanced, mineral, elegant, very slightly tight, harmonious and offers a very beautiful definition, an acid frame, unctuosity, a beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful density, crunchiness, finesse as well as gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/crunchy/ripe cassis, blackberry and small notes of cherry, ripe redcurrants, raspberry associated with fine touches of minerality, almond, a very discreet hint of tea, flowers (in the background) as well as subtle / discreet toasted hints, almond and tonka bean on the finish. Tannins are fine. Fine chew on the finish. There is a very discreet toasted touch / hazelnut on the aftertaste. The finish is very discreetly powdered. There is a touch of dark chocolate on the finish (brings gourmandize and suavity).
