The nose is fine, elegant, racy as well as beautifully fresh and enchanting. It reveals notes of fresh/ripe blackberry, slight notes of fresh/ripe strawberry and discreet hints of raspberry/blueberries associated with hints of licorice stick, a few very discreet touches of grilled oak, slight notes of cornflower/violet as well as an imperceptible hint of coffee and gray pepper (after aeration). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a very beautiful expression, deepness, an acid frame, a beautiful tension, juiciness, a very beautiful freshness, a beautiful maturity, a nice precision, a beautiful structure as well as a nice concentration. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, fresh/ripe blueberry and hints of fresh/ripe red fruits associated with discreet hints of cassis, a subtle hint of mocha as well as a discreet hint of racy minerality, toasted oak and a discreet hint of flowers on the finish. Tannins are fine, elegant and polished. Good length and persistence. A great wine !
