The nose is fruity, gourmand, aromatic and offers a (very) beautiful finesse and richness (but well-balanced!). It reveals notes of blueberry and cassis associated with slight hints of graphite, gray pepper as well as slight notes of crushed strawberry. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, delicate, beautifully well-defined / melodious and offers an acid frame as well as nice crunchy fruits. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crunchy blueberry and fine notes of cassis, crushed blackberry, crushed wild strawberry combined with a discreet hint of raspberry jam, licorice stick, slight notes of toasted oak as well as a (very) discreet hint of toasted almond and spices. Tannins are fine and slightly firm. Good length and beautiful persistence (gourmande / suave).
