The nose is fruity, juicy and offers a fine gourmandize, concentration as well as a fine deepness. It reveals notes of blackberry, strawberry and small notes of cassis associated with fine touches of spices, green pepper, rose/violet as well as raspberry, a subtle hint of tea and spices. The mouth is elegant, racy and offers a beautiful definition, tension, a fine acidulous frame, a small aerial side, gourmandize as well as concentration. On the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy cassis, juicy/fleshy strawberry and small notes of juicy blackberry associated with fine touches of redcurrant, small berries as well as a subtle hint of chocolate and caramelization (in the background). Tannins are elegant, structuring and very discreetly chewy. Good persistence and length.
