The nose is fruity, fresh, relatively discreet and offers a certain finesse. There are notes of violets, blackberries and, more slightly, wild red berries, combined with hints of blueberry, camphor and a fine touch of pepper. The palate is fruity and reveals juiciness, freshness, minerality, some tension, good definition and a nice fresh/acidic/juicy fruit. On the palate this wine has juicy/pulpy strawberry, violet and lighter cherry notes with hints of blueberry, nutmeg and a discreet hint of cardamom, camphor and a subtle saline edge in the background. Nice freshness. Good length. Smooth and elegant tannins.
