On the nose, fruity and offers a certain gourmandize and richness. There are notes of fleshy strawberry, crushed raspberry and hints of pulpy blackcurrant associated with touches of blueberry, zan, and discreet wafts of saffron and Madagascar pepper. On the palate, it is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, good definition, smoothness, fine tension, freshness, and roundness. The wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright raspberry and hints of plump strawberry associated with nuances of blackcurrant, lily, lilac, zan, and discreet notes of tobacco with a waft of caramelization. Good length with refined tannins.
