Château Pabus 2022 – Bordeaux Supérieur

Lovely fruity, elegant, gourmand nose which offers harmony. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, small bright red fruits and small notes of licorice associated with touches of pulpy blackcurrant as well as hints of fresh flowers and a discreet hint of bright/pulpy blueberry. The palate is pulpy, juicy, fresh and offers a nice acidity, deliciousness, a tangy structure, energy as well as a little airy side in its richness and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, bright blackcurrant and small notes of cornflower associated with touches of small bright/acidic blue fruits as well as hints of star anise, tonka bean and licorice stick. The tannins are supple and distinguished. A slight creaminess at the end of the mouth.
