The nose is nicely fruity and offers concentration, a fairly ripe fruit. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, blackberry and more slightly – violet associated with touches of small Mediterranean red fruits, as well as fine hints of cornflower, zan and has a very discreet almost clove hint. The palate is nicely juicy, fruity, balanced and offers a tangy frame, accuracy, tension, good definition, energy, a fine elegant austerity. It expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, small wild red berries quite ripe and juicy and more slightly – cornflower associated with touches of infusion, black tea, toast, cocoa and almond. Good length.
