The nose is fruity, aromatic, full and offers precision, a nice texture of the grain, deepness as well as a gastronomic side. It reveals notes of quince, ripe citrus and small notes of pulpy/juicy green apple associated with touches of apple blossom, almost acacia, a discreetly honeyed hint, toasted almond as well as a very discreet hint of spices (in the background). The palate is nicely built, round, fat, supple, airy, delicate, nicely built and offers precision, unctuosity in finesse as well as delicacy in the power of its grain. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy apple, pulpy/juicy yellow peach, and small notes of mirabelle plum associated with touches of quince, toasted almond, mandarin, and subtle hints of lees stirring (bâtonnage)/butter. Beautifully built. A very discreet hint of acacia in the background, with a lingering finish.
