The nose is fruity, mineral, racy and offers a delicate peppery note, a lovely, racy and fine grain, as well as an airy side. It reveals notes of wild blackcurrant, blackberry, and small notes of violet associated with touches of racy/gravels minerality, fresh/ripe small red fruits, fresh pepper, and fine hints of almond and toast. The palate is beautifully juicy, fruity, fresh, well-balanced and offers a tangy/fresh frame, a good definition, accuracy, tension as well as a nice small fleshiness/juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy black cherry, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of fresh/bright cherry associated with touches of almond, roasting, chocolate, toasted hazelnut as well as a very discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla. A nice texture and delicacy. Good length. Tannins are tasty and mellow. A nice iodized/saline side in the background and an imperceptible hint almost of warm pine needles in the background.
