The palate is fruity, gourmand and offers pulpiness, juiciness, a certain gourmandise, a tangy structure, energy, an airy side in its pulpiness, in its substance, a fine creaminess, energy. It expresses notes of juicy/tart quenette, juicy/ripe citrus fruits (lemon, mandarin) and more slightly – passion fruit, associated with touches of lychee, tangy/bright apple, as well as hints of almond, aromatic and structure. Nice treat, an iodized/saline side.
