The nose is fruity, well-built and offers a certain gourmandize, a certain small power as well as a chiseled side. It reveals notes of lemon, fresh lychee, small notes of fleshy/grainy apple associated with touches of mandarin, small fresh yellow fruits, hints of white apple as well as a discreet hint of zests, racy minerality and an imperceptible hint of pepper (in the background). The mouth is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, suavity, an acidulous frame, a chiseled side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy apple, bright vine peach, small notes of mandarin associated with touches of acidulous kumquat, lemon, fine hints of passion fruit, carambola, white flowers as well as a discreet hint of racy minerality and a subtle hint of toasted. Good length. Presence of a very discreet hint of fresh hazelnut and an imperceptible hint of nearly buttery/ hazelnut butter in the finish/persistence.
