Château Olivier 2019 – Pessac-Léognan Grand Cru Classé de Graves 

The nose is fresh, fruity and offers elegance, fineness and definition. It reveals notes of ripe/fresh lemon, pink grapefruit, small notes of fleshy/juicy vine peach associated with touches of lemon flowers, grapefruit flowers, a racy minerality and discreet hints of pinky lychee/crunchy apple. The palate is fruity, elegant, fresh and offers a beautiful acidulous frame, gourmandize, tension as well as a fine bite/engraved side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fresh lemon, juicy/fresh green apple, small notes of fleshy/juicy vine peach associated with touches of juicy/ripe pink grapefruit, lychee, peach flowers, lemon flowers as well as fine hints of quenette, rose and passion fruit. Good length.
