The nose is fresh, chiseled and offers fruit. It reveals notes of fresh peach, apple and grapefruit associated with small touches of zest, fresh kumquat as well as fine hints of white flowers and a very discreet hint of acacia. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, a mineral structure, a little fat, roundness, suavity, gourmandize as well as a fine straightness. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quénette, lychee and crunchy green peach associated with white grapefruit, a hint of fresh kumquat as well as a subtle hint of mesocarp / fresh lemon and a subtle hint of honeysuckle. Presence of a very discreet hint of salt and fresh almond on the finish / persistence.
