The nose is racy, fruity, elegant and offers a good structure. The wine need to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, crushed strawberry and small notes of cassis combined with a touch of crushed blueberry, touches of licorice, violet as well as a discreet hint of tea, sweet spices, Cuben pepper and chocolate. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, fresh, mineral, elegant, (very) slightly tight and offers a beautiful finesse of the grain, a fine mineral frame, juiciness as well as a beautiful definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of juicy berries associated with touches of crushed cassis, toasted touches, vanilla, chocolate and an imperceptible touch of caramelization. Tannins are fine, elegant and precise. Good length.
