The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, acidity, freshness, tension, a fine straightness and a very fine creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy cherry, juicy/ripe blackcurrant and more slightly berry fruits combined with hints of lily, violet as well as fine hints of liquorice, sweet blond tobacco and discreet vanilla. The tannins are smooth. Good length. Sweetness and fine sapidity in the background.
