The nose is fruity and offers elegance, gourmandize as well as power and structure. It reveals notes of wild strawberry and small notes of small crushed red fruits associated with a touch of Boysen berry, cherry as well as fine hints of violet, liquorice stick and a very discreet hint of cardamom/Sichuan pepper. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, mineral and offers an acidulous/juicy frame as well as a good definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy/ripe raspberry and small notes of cherry associated with fine touches of juicy/ripe cassis as well as fine hints of violet, racy minerality/gravels and a discreet hint of tonka bean and cardamom. Good length.
