It reveals notes of cassis, small wild fruits and fine touches of blackberry, wild raspberry, flowers associated with fine touches of toasted, chocolate as well as a very discreet hint of Sichuan pepper and toasted almond. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, tense, gourmand, precise, fine well-built and offers a small unctuosity, fat, a fine freshness as well as a beautiful tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, blueberry and fleshy/crunchy raspberry associated with fine touches of small berries, racy minerality, toasted, toasted almond and dark chocolate. Tannins are fine and slightly chewy. Good length and persistence. Fine chews on the finish. There is a hint of nut/almond on the aftertaste.
