The nose is powerful. It reveals notes of plum and blackberry associated with touches of small black berries, cassis and a few slight oaky notes and fine notes of spices. The palate is fruity and offers some minerality and juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, damson plum and blueberry associated with fine notes of red fruits, licorice as well as touches of blackberry cream and sweet spices. Tannins are fine and a bit dry. Good length and persistence (with notes of blackberry and mocha / chocolate).
