The nose is fruity, fresh and shows a soft power. There are notes of pulpy/fresh blackcurrant, fresh raspberry and more lightly violet combined with delicate touches of bright red fruit as well as fine hints of fresh liquorice, cherry blossom, a touch of nutmeg and fresh almond. The palate is fruity and reveals minerality, freshness, a certain tension, good definition, and an acidic structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fresh blackberry, wild raspberry and more lightly bright cherry combined with hints of violet, fresh/juicy red berries as well as fine hints of almond and a discreet hint of toastiness. Good length.
