The nose is aromatic, elegant, fine, complex and offers a beautiful finesse as well as richness / concentration. It reveals notes of ripe wild strawberry, ripe raspberry and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of very ripe blueberry as well as hints of caramelization, Cuben pepper and a very discreet hint of racy minerality. The mouth is fresh, fruity, beautifully elegant and offers finesse of the fat, a fine unctuosity, roundness, freshness, a fine acidulous frame as well as a slight aerial side. On the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry, juicy/fleshy strawberry and small notes of blackberry associated with fine hints of caramelization, red berries, chocolate, zan as well as a very discreet hint of toasted hazelnut. A very discreet hint of salinity / saline minerality on the finish / back of the mouth. Good length and persistence on notes of cocoa and caramelization.
