The nose is spicy, aromatic with power and some freshness. There are notes of crushed blackberries, small wild berries and small notes of pepper associated with pearly touches, iodized hints, flowers and small notes of star anise. There is a discreet hint of fresh tobacco and spices. The palate is nicely mineral, fresh and aromatic, full of delicacy. The freshness and roundness are subtle, the tangy frame brings a stretched, almost airy feeling to the structure. We perceive notes of fairly ripe red cherries, violet and small notes of bright wild blackcurrant associated with touches of cornflower, star anise, peppery and fresh floral notes. The wine is aromatic, fine and delicate. It has some spiciness with notes of fresh tobacco and a hint of dark chocolate in the background. The style is classic but fresh with elegant and precise tannins.
