The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant, racy and offers intensity/power. It reveals notes of fleshy/fresh blackberry, fleshy/fresh cassis and small notes of Cuben pepper associated with touches of fleshy/fresh strawberry as well as a hint of cornflower, zan and a very discreet hint of cardamom. The palate is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, tension, precision as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of juicy/fleshy raspberry associated with small touches of fresh flowers (cornflower…), fine hints of chocolate, caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of sugared mild tobacco and toasted almond (in the background). Good length. Good persistence on fine hints of liquorice and dark chocolate/cocoa.
