(80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc) The nose is elegant and offers suppleness as well as a nice concentration and richness in harmony. We find notes of creamy blackberry, fleshy blackcurrant and slight notes of pepper associated with touches of small pulpy/gourmet blue fruits as well as fine hints of fresh almond and almost a discreet aromatic herb/Mediterranean barrier side. The palate is fruity and offers a lovely freshness, minerality, an airy side in its substance, suppleness as well as a fresh/tangy structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fresh blackcurrant, small tangy/fresh blue fruits and small notes of small tangy/pulpy red berries associated with hints of cornflower, lily and sense of place (local biotop). Lovely freshness and dynamism.
