The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, elegance, a small fat as well as a beautiful freshness, a beautiful suavity and a small minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, blackberry, small notes of juicy/crunchy violet plum associated with small touches of violet, lily, crunchy raspberry as well as fine hints of nutmeg, sugared mild tobacco and a hint of liquorice. Good length. Tannins are well-built. A subtle hint of mocha on the persistence.
