The nose reveals notes of cassis and flowers (iris, violet, lilac) associated with a slight mineral note. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, suave, gourmand and offers nice tension. In the mouth it expresses notes of blackberry jam associated with notes of fresh fruit as well as small woody notes, spices and slight notes of pepper on the finish.
