Château Moulin Riche 2019 – Saint-Julien

The nose is racy, elegant and offers racy power, a small minerality, a fine grain as well as elegance. It reveals notes of wild cassis, wild strawberry and small notes of small berries associated with fine touches of zan, nutmeg, racy minerality as well as fine hints of cuben pepper and discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful suavity, a beautiful finesse of the grain, tension, harmony as well as a small richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, pulpy cassis and crushed wild strawberry associated with touches of raspberry as well as hints of juicy / pulpy blueberry, cocoa / dark chocolate, toasted and a discreet hint of toasted hazelnut. Tannins are elegant, structuring and very slightly tight. Good length.
