Château Moulin Riche 2017 – Saint-Julien

The nose is racy and offers a beautiful concentration as well as a fine power. It reveals notes of cassis and blackberry associated with subtle touches of wild berries, liquorice, fine touches of toasted as well as a discreet hint of spices and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, juicy, unctuous, gourmand, elegant and offers a very beautiful tension, a fine straightness, fat, fullness, suavity, freshness as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, black cherry, blackberry and fine touches of raspberry, fleshy strawberry associated with hints of cola, cornflower, liquorice, racy minerality as well as subtle touches of toasted almond and tonka bean. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
