Château Moulin Pey Labrie 2014 – Canon-Fronsac

The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of strawberry, crushed cassis and chocolate combined with fine touches of redcurrant as well as subtle touches of sweet spices and caramelization. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a great minerality, an acid frame and a fine fat. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, juicy raspberry and fine notes of juicy redcurrant combined with a touch of cassis, toasted oak, sweet spices, ripe bell pepper and subtle touches of chocolate (in the background). Tannins are well-built. Good length.
