There are notes of boysen blackberry, ripe small black fruits and small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with touches of violet, lily as well as discreet hints of fresh Madagascar pepper, a discreet sappy hint and a subtle hint of roasted-fresh fruits at the same time. The mouth is juicy, elegant, precise, racy and offers a certain small chewiness/ creaminess, an aerial side, gourmandize as well as an acidulous frame. There are notes of creamy strawberry, pulpy cassis and small notes of blackberry associated with touches of violet, moka as well as slight toasted hints, discreet hints of grilled and vanilla. A subtle floral hint in the background. Minerality.
