It reveals notes of fleshy blackberry, creamy black currant and more lightly crushed blue berry combined with touches of blueberry, zan, graphite as well as hints of crushed strawberry, blueberry bursting as well as hints of licorice, tobacco, a subtle touch of cocoa, bourbon vanilla bean. On the palate, fruity, fresh, elegant, balanced and offers gourmandise, roundness, a nice creaminess, freshness with a little chiseled side of the limestone plateau. It reveals notes of creamy blackberry, creamy cassis and more lightly fleshy strawberry combined with touches of blueberry, lilac, dark chocolate/cocoa as well as hints of toasted hazelnut, sweet spice/bourbon vanilla, caramelization with a subtle hint of tea and minerality. The tannins are well led. Good length. Tannins are present, plentiful, structuring and polished. Congratulations! |
