The nose is fruity, elegant, beautifully racy and offers power as well as a good finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of racy minerality / flint combined with touches of Cuben / green pepper, hints of spices as well as very discreet iris / varietal tips, toasted hints, cardamom, spices / cedar wood and an imperceptible hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced, very discreetly tight and offers a good definition, an acidulous frame, finesse, delicacy, a beautiful guideline, a beautiful freshness, juiciness, gourmandize as well as a slightly pulpy fruit (fleshy / juicy). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh cassis, fresh / ripe blackberry and small notes of crunchy raspberry combined with very slight hints of juicy / fresh cherry s well as discreet hints of tonka bean and toasted. Tannins are fine, elegant and structuring. Good length. Currently the wine needs to be put in carafe.
