Château Moulin du Cadet 2020 Saint-Emilion Grand, Cru Grand Cru Classé 

On the nose is elegant, nicely built and offers a nice precise/well-built fruit, some deepness and concentration (in finesse) an some complexity. It reveals notes of crushed blackcurrant, bright strawberry and more lightly black juicy/pulpy plums associated to touches of bright boysenberries, cornflower, lily as well as some hints of racy graphite/wet stone, minerality, some fine hints of toasted hazelnuts, vanilla and a discreet hint of caramelization. On the palate is fruity, fresh, balanced and offers minerality, a nice definition, and precision, some gourmandize as well as a nice finesse of fruit/texture, purity of the fruit, a certain delicateness and structure. The wine expresses notes of fresh/bright berries, blackcurrant pulpy/juicy and more lightly acidulous/juicy raspberry associated with touches of purple plums acidulous/juicy, cornflower, fine hints of liquorish, hazelnut, vanilla as well as a fine hint of toasted almond and an imperceptible hint of fresh blond tabaco. The tannins are precise, fine, structuring, and elegant. A nice persistence.
