On the nose it is fruity, elegant and offers a certain small richness in finesse, a certain power in delicacy, precision, good definition as well as gourmandize. There are notes of bright cassis, pulpy / fleshy blackberry and more slightly of crushed currants associated with touches of crushed strawberries, a hint of pulpy / tangy blueberry as well as fine hints of licorice, zan, racy minerality and a discreet hint of toasty / blond tobacco. The palate is fruity, balanced, elegant and offers a nice tangy frame, juiciness, suavity, roundness, a good definition, energy, depth as well as a nice guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / tangy cassis, bright blackberry and more slightly crushed currants associated with touches of fresh / crunchy small red fruits, with hints of lilac, violet, nutmeg, hints of cardamom, blond tobacco as well as a subtle hint of blueberry and toasted almond. Tannins are racy and elegant.
